Take over the end-to-end responsibility for custom software solutions from proposal stage, over requirements engineering, solution design and development until rollout and transition into software lifecycle.
Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in apps and software.
Be involved from the start by drafting business proposals, determining project scopes and conceptualized solutions for our clients.
Team up with clients, consultants, UX designer and technical experts to lead the development of innovative concepts.
Take the lead on implementing your software vision with internal and external development teams and ensure timely delivery as well as meet cost and quality expectations.

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience in IT consulting, software development or product management.
You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
You have proven record of first‑hand experience as a (technical) project manager.
You have first‑hand experience with customer- and consumer-facing applications ideally in the field of digital pricing, digital transformation, or digital sales.
You are familiar with software development concepts (e.g., microservices vs. monolith), methodologies (e.g., Scrum, test‑driven development, etc.), and ideally have experience writing code.
You have refined problem‑solving skills to creatively translate business needs into digital solutions.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
You are fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a major advantage).
Ideally you have a good understanding or even hands‑on experience with some of the following topics : CI / CD, relational databases, data integrations, programming, devops and Cloud infrastructure.
