Software Engineer

Software Engineer required to design, develop, and integrate high-performance AI infrastructure solutions. This role combines hands-on programming, hardware/software integration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build distributed systems that scale from individual GPUs to full datacentre deployments. ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-performance software in C/C++, covering everything from individual GPU kernels to data-centre-wide resource optimization.Integrate hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation of distributed AI systems and applications.Stay up-to-date with advances in datacentre hardware, computer architecture, distributed systems, and AI technologies to guide development and best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to deliver robust solutions.Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user manuals to support deployments and ongoing operations. RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of distributed systems and AI technologies; previous AI software development experience is a plus.Deep understanding of hardware components, including GPUs, CPUs, and interconnects.Proficiency in C++ and C, with experience in additional languages such as Python or Java.Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps tools and practices is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both software and hardware interactions.
