SOFTWARE ENGINEER CLIENT INTEGRATION (f/m/d)

Your Role
As a Software Engineer Client Integration (f/m/d) , you will be part of the Client Integration Unit and join one of our Client Integration Teams, based on your skills and interests. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining interfaces to client systems using various protocols, data formats, and connection types.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full software lifecycle of customer integration projects, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and technical onboarding.
- Handle customer projects and coordinate activities with business departments and clients.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify objectives, recognize opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop architectures and implementations following established standards.
- Support development, pre-production, and live environments.
- Define and document functional and performance requirements, and implement unit, integration, and stress tests.
- Define API specifications based on open protocols (e.g., FIX, SOAP, REST).
- Implement system enhancements to expand 360T’s technical service offerings.
- Design and develop scalable solutions for increasing customized client interfaces.
- Investigate and analyze technical problems on live production platforms.
- Continuously improve the general framework.
- Maintain and enhance existing codebases.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Java programming and core libraries.
- Deep knowledge of Core Java, especially concurrency and multithreading.
- Experience with JUnit/Mockito.
- Solid experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with messaging technologies (e.g., web services, FIX protocol).
- Ability to write clean, understandable code.
- Good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design patterns.
- Strong reasoning skills to identify pragmatic solutions aligned with long-term goals.
- Effective communication skills to discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical, debugging, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with good prioritization and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
