Team Mission:

At GetYourGuide, our Supplier Connectivity team is on a mission to empower scalable inventory growth and create a seamless customer experience for connected products.

You will:

Work in a cross-functional mission team with full-stack engineers, app engineers,designers and analysts
Help to enable your mission team to iterate fast and learn about our customersby designing, launching and iterating on A/B experiments
Continuously improve our code base, systems and processes
Design and develop efficient solutions that can continue to scale
Work with Vue.js, Node.js, TypeScript, SASS, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes.

Who you are:

3+ years of software development experience.
Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
High proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, Java (SpringBoot), Kafka, and GraphQL.
Experience designing architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
Experience with writing tests.
Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable and maintainable code.
Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their craft.
Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What sets you apart:

Backend experience in Java.
Working closely with the product manager, designer.
Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building and event-based analytics.
Prior experience working in the e-commerce space.
Prior experience in start-up environments.
