You’ll work on:Building and scaling full-stack systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js)Integrating modern AI frameworks and distributed architecturesWorking closely with customers to deploy and refine product featuresContributing to an ambitious engineering culture where quality and speed coexistWe’re looking for: Graduates from top universities (e.g. TUM, ETH, LMU, KIT, RWTH, or similar global tier)Or proven startup experience. Ideally early engineering hires or key contributors in high-growth environmentsStrong background in Python and frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/TypeScript)Interest or experience in AI systems, agent frameworks, or applied MLA bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving in small, high-performing teams
