OB’s is partnered with a high-potential start-up that is redefining how complex industrial machinery is sold. They are developing AI-powered technical sales tools that streamline and automate the buying process for large manufacturing equipment.

The Team

You’ll be joining a small, highly capable team with backgrounds from top tech companies (ex-Palantir, ex-Google). The company is backed by Tier 1 investors, works closely with major industrial manufacturers, and is nearing profitability as it prepares for its next major funding round. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering real-world impact.

You Will:

Take ownership of building new product features from initial concept through to deployment.
Develop and deploy AI solutions using Agentic LLMs that plug directly into real industrial workflows.
Work across the full tech stack, from backend development in Python to frontend interfaces built with Next.js.
Collaborate closely with customers, including on-site visits to manufacturing facilities, to understand their operational needs and translate them into product improvements.
