As a Fullstack Engineer , you’ll play a key role in building a next-generation, cloud-based CRM platform that redefines how real estate professionals work, connect, and grow. You won’t just be writing code – you’ll be architecting solutions, making critical technology choices, and delivering innovative software that directly impacts thousands of users.

What do we expect from you?

• Engineer with impact – design and build a high-performance, scalable CRM platform tailored for the real estate market.
• Shape the stack – influence architectural decisions, choose technologies, experiment with cutting-edge tools.
• Own the lifecycle – take full responsibility from conception through to cloud delivery and customer adoption.
• Iterate fast, learn faster – work in agile sprints, pair programming, continuous improvement.
• Push boundaries – leverage Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Vue to create elegant and powerful software.

What do you already bring with you?

• Proven expertise – 4+ years as a Fullstack Engineer, mastery in Ruby & Ruby on Rails .
• Frontend craft – strong skills in Vue, React, or Svelte .
• Curiosity & innovation – stay ahead of trends, experiment, solve complex challenges.
• Team player mindset – energy, ownership, lift the whole team.
• Agile enthusiast – collaboration, iterative development, pair programming.
