Key Skills
- Degree in Computer Science / Electronics with strong technical focus
- Professional experience in embedded software programming
- Solid knowledge of C and Matlab Simulink
- Experience with real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS) and hard real-time systems
- Hardware-oriented programming of microcontrollers
- Strong understanding of power electronics and electrical machines
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Structured, detail-oriented approach (requirements documentation, standards compliance)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Languages: German (native/fluently), English (documentation & technical discussions)
Responsibilities
- Adaptation of control software for power generation units
- Development & adaptation of control software for energy storage systems
- Development & adaptation of an energy management system for interconnected operation
- Creation of documentation (code, processes, technical decisions)
Project Details
- Location: Stuttgart (80% on-site, 20% remote)
- Engagement: Full-time, freelance contract
