Accenture Products & Platforms for HR, Talent and Skilling (APP HTS) is a dedicated software business within Accenture, specializing in complementary applications for SAP environments. With a focus on enhancing SAP ERP Human Capital Management, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Plant Maintenance, APP HTS develops, sells, supports and maintains innovative add‑on solutions that extend core SAP capabilities. While our 150 specialists in software development, product management, support and testing help HR and Plant Maintenance teams to make the transition to working more efficiently and effectively, raising productivity, and driving better business outcomes. For nearly two decades, APP HTS has been driving digital transformation and operational excellence across global enterprises. Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective software delivery solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze client requirements to craft customized software delivery solutions.
• Create detailed solution and technical designs specific to software delivery projects.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of software delivery solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software delivery solutions.
• Travel may be required for this role; the amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum P2 proficiency in Client Relationship Management.
• Minimum P2 proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical or programming experience.
• Knowledge or experience of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ABAP is highly preferred.
• Technical Bachelor's degree or at least two years of equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Experience designing, executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Strong persuasive communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced negotiation skills to navigate complex operational and functional requirements.
• Self‑driven, tenacious, and resilient, with a positive outlook.
• German B2 or higher.
• English C1 or higher.
