Software Implementation Consultant (all genders)

Your mission

• You will support our customers in the introduction and use of our software solutions – from requirements analysis to successful implementation within the company.
• With your structure and organization, you maintain an overview even in projects lasting several months and ensure that next steps remain clear and transparent.
• You will translate technical requirements into practical concepts and motivate customers to implement them consistently.
• Through workshops, training courses, and webinars, you will equip our customers with the skills to use iManSys and convey confidence and enthusiasm for its use.
• As the central contact for project managers and key users, you will build trust, listen carefully, and drive targeted progress.
• You will reliably document your work so that projects can be accurately invoiced and sustainably evaluated.
• Your feedback from customer projects flows directly into our product development, thus contributing to the improvement of our software.

Your profile

• You have initial or several years of experience (3-5 years) in consulting, project management, or software implementation – preferably in the field of digitalization or process-related topics.
• You have excellent organizational skills and keep the big picture in mind, even in complex projects.
• You are a good listener, able to understand requirements and formulate them in a way that both customers and colleagues understand.
• Your positive attitude and teamwork skills help you motivate customers to take the next steps and develop solutions together.
• You are curious, willing to learn, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
• You have very good German and English skills – additional languages are a plus.
• You are looking for a long-term perspective and want to help shape projects sustainably.
• Knowledge of project or process management is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of digitalization and compliance issues.
