Software Integration Lead IVI (m/f/d)

Valeo, a global high‑technology company, is looking for a Software Integration Lead IVI to drive integration of automotive infotainment systems at our Garching location.

Responsibilities

• Define and align integration and branching strategy with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Validate interactions between software components and interfaces as integration verification.
• Identify integration issues and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Execute IVI software integration with internal and 3rd party responsible.
• Lead integration experience and knowledge of IVI features.
• Develop and maintain build system with Cmake/Bazel or equivalent.
• Establish automation frameworks using Python, G‑suite and/or automation environment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and verification automation test.
• Utilize industry standard tools (Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, Wireshark, DLT).
• Lead a technical team, manage priorities, and foster a collaborative work environment with multi‑location and remote team management.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to customers, management, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Several years experience in software integration in automotive electronics.
• At least 2 recent SoP experience not older than 5 years.
• Deep hands‑on of IVI features and multi‑ECU systems.
• Android Automotive OS, Android Open Source Project, and Android platform integration experience.
• Proficiency with automotive integration and analysis tools.
• Experience with vehicle networks and protocol integration.
• Understanding of infotainment system architectures.
• Knowledge of ISO26262 and ASPICE / HIS standards.
• C++ higher than Ver11.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities and exceptional communication skills.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach in complex system environments.
