Endoscopy Systems are used by healthcare professionals to examine the interior of a body organ or cavity. The endoscopy system enables healthcare professionals to see the internal structures while being able to use a wide range of software features, including video recording, image adjustments, etc. With Ambu’s increasing focus on developing new software to enhance the functionality of our endoscopy systems, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, this position will be pivotal.
In this position, you will be responsible for the software process within our Quality Management System and be responsible for ensuring that it supports Ambu’s digital journey. You will ensure that our Medical Device Software development processes are compliant, effective and efficient supporting our developers in delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
You will join an enthusiastic team of experienced professionals with various backgrounds who ensure that new software and new compatible endoscopes get released on the endoscopy systems while remaining safe and efficient. Meanwhile, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and help guide them on how to describe their development work and you will work with the Innovation Process Solution team to ensure our procedures fit into our Quality Management System.
