Project Manager – Software Implementation (Hybrid or Remote)

A fast‑growing engineering SaaS company is looking for a highly experienced

Project Manager

to lead complex software implementation projects for enterprise customers.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software delivery projects – from installation and configuration to overseeing the development of the application layer needed for customer‑specific workflows. This is a role for someone who thrives on cross‑functional collaboration, bringing together: Delivery teams Customer Success Engineering External customer stakeholders

You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication. You will also manage risk, budget escalations, change requests, and ensure commercial alignment (including extra‑charge situations when appropriate). This position is ideal for a senior project manager coming from a

small or mid-size engineering, SaaS, or software company -for example environments similar engineering consultancies, manufacturing SaaS or technical software vendors.

Requirements senior experience in project management

in SaaS, PLM, CAD/CAM, industrial software, or similar. Strong track record delivering enterprise-level technical implementations. Strong technical understanding of software deployments (installation, configuration, integration). Comfortable engaging with customers directly and spending time onsite when needed. Fluent German and strong English

required. Previous experience in consultancies or professional services is a plus.
