Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We want a Senior QA Engineer who wants to take their career one step further and work with the world’s leading brands using Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Help build and design a robust automation system.
• Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and timely finalization of our products.
• Predict the testing process and develop test strategies.
• Attend internal client (partner) meetings and discuss the weekly situation with the project leadership team.
• Work in cooperation with departments that support the infrastructure, implementation and ongoing improvements in our automation framework.
• Regulate hardware and software requirements for test setup and ensure quality of the content and structure of all test documents.
• Examine QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Proactively identify and manage risks.
• Develop test strategies and follow new requirements for projects.
• Support the continuous learning culture while shaping the growth of the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Good English reading skills to analyze technical documents.
• Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks and processes.
• Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP.
• Familiar with functional test automation tools such as Selenium (and maybe Appium, Locust & Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Solid experience with Python or Java.
• In‑depth knowledge of Agile Testing Process.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Real problem‑solver and curious about Quality Assurance.
• Proactive and self‑directed person taking initiative when necessary.
• Determined to increase productivity by constantly automating parts of the software test engineering process.
• Fluency in Turkish and at least intermediate level in English.
