Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. This role involves both manual testing and test automation, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and quality strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements
• Ensure software functionality, reliability, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and actively contribute to sprint goals
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting using tools like Jira
• Ensure continuous testing and integration in CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance in volving Java based enterprise Applications
• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques, test design, and execution
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
• Understanding of CI/CD and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
• Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr)
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Fluency in German Language

Good To Have:

• Testing Related Certification
• Knowledge of any of the major hyperscaler (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Basic Knowledge on Programming Language (Python/Java) and SQL
