Software Sales Expert (m/f/d)

With the ema Software Suite we are the technology leader for 3D human simulation and assessment of work activities. Our customers include global automotive manufacturers, suppliers and many other large industrial companies. We are looking for as soon as possible one Sales expert for Software .

• Identification of new Sales opportunities and market potential as well as customer enthusiasm for the added value of our software
• Analysing customer needs in close dialogue and building long-term trust in us as a partner
• Convincing communication with national and international clients - in German and English, supported by business cases and presentations
• Support for new customers across the entire sales process, including price and contract negotiations
• Development of sales strategies and transparent reporting on the status of your activities in regular meetings
• Management and strategic expansion of the worldwide sales partner network
• Representation of the imk Group at industry events and active expansion and maintenance of your network

Your profile

• Well-founded Knowledge of B2B sales complex software solutions
• Completed studies and Professional experience in the B2B area
• Motivated, proactive and outgoing personality with fun in direct customer contact
• Business fluent in German and English written and spoken
• Confident demeanour, negotiating skills and team spirit
• Willingness to travel and flexibility

After a positive assessment of the first interview, a second interview usually takes place to meet in person before you possibly work together as colleagues on exciting topics a few months later.
