Als Software Support Engineer (m/w/d) stellen Sie den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Softwarelösungen sicher und gewährleisten eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen, die Betreuung unserer Kunden im First‑ und Second‑Level‑Support sowie die Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements. Durch Ihre proaktive Mitarbeit tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Services und zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.
