Software Team Lead - C# / German Speaking

We are currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in Munich looking to expand their team with a German speaking Software Team Lead. You would take an active role in driving the evoluation of a high-impact SaaS platform powered by modern architectures and AI.

This is a permanent position, based in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the R&D team while fostering a collaborative engineering culture
• Make architectural decisions and select strategic technologies
• Drive implementation of AI-powered features into a modern SaaS product
• Guide the team to ship features at high velocity, fix bugs, and refactor legacy code
• Participate in product conception, requirement analysis, and system design
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to deliver on roadmap and strategy
• Remain hands-on: write clean, maintainable code and mentor team members

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in software development, 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building SaaS products, ideally with AI integrations
• Strong background in C# / .NET and relational databases (SQL)
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum methodology
• Fluency in German is a hard requirement (minimum fluent/C1 certification)
