Personnel responsibility and technical management of a team of requirements engineers and software architects
Definition and implementation of processes and methods for software requirements and architecture, taking into account Automotive SPICE and functional safety
Coaching of employees for the efficient implementation of development processes development processes and quality systems
Collaboration in international development projects
Resource planning and tracking of employees
Prioritization and project assignment of employees for all development locations development sites
Professional communication with internal and external customers, management, suppliers

Completed studies preferably in the fields of computer science / software

Software Engineering / Electronics or comparable

Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of automotive embedded software for driver assistance systems

High level of expertise in software development and project management methods

Ability to work effectively in international and distributed development teams development teams

Strong leadership skills / potential

Flexibility, assertiveness, results orientation and business fluent in English
