Software Test Engineer

Reports to: Senior/Principal Software Test Engineer, Group Lead or Manager, Software Testing Responsibilities Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data Review product requirements and verify that requirements are clear, consistent, and testableDevelop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodologySet up testing environment and prepare testing dataAuthor and execute test scripts, document defects, and track resolutionsWork with others to ensure timely delivery of high-quality codeAssist with software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentationAssist support team with investigation of production issuesAutomate test scripts using industry-standard toolsPerform other related duties as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSolid analytical skillsSolid understanding of testing methodologies and principlesWorking knowledge of SQLAbility to develop and execute test cases for software modules with high complexityWorking knowledge of test automationExcellent problem-solving skills and learning capabilityExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skills Experience Over 4 years of experience in web application testing We are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
