Job Details

• Develop test strategies: Design, create, and maintain test plans for manual and automated testing.
• Conduct reviews: Review requirements and test cases.
• Ensure quality standards: Plan and create test cases based on customer requirements and test specifications to cover defined quality criteria.
• Shape software development process: Collaborate closely with development and concept teams to actively shape the internal software development process.
• Optimize processes: Continuously improve internal testing processes and tools.
• Analyze results: Monitor, document, and evaluate testing outcomes.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar role.
• Certification: Certified Software Tester (e.g., ISTQB).
• Testing skills: Strong knowledge in planning, controlling, executing, automating, and documenting software tests.
• Work style: Structured, responsible, and timely.
• Language skills: Excellent German skills (minimum C1 level).
