We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Solution Architecture team in the Omnichannel space within Digital & IT, with a focus on our Retail Ecosystem. Our Retail stores are face of our brand. Having a good Retail ecosystem combined with a great consumer experience results in a good conversion not only to the Retail Space but also towards our online channels.

Your seat to fill:

• Deliver the Omnichannel Retailing roadmap in close collaboration with the Retail Operations Team and the Omnichannel OTC & Services Team.
• Lead the rollout of Retail Store openings from an IT perspective in collaboration with the Project Manager, and deliver the IT changes in Time and Quality
• Implementation, operational support and continuous improvements around the Retail Applications including, Point of Sale Hardware and Software, Endless Aisles, Clienteling and Event Management, Omnichannel Applications for Ship From Store and Click & Collect, RFID Applications etc.
• Liaise with external providers and collaborate with internal resources in all relevant areas
• Improve security & Retail business continuity strategies
• Drive Retail roadmap enhancements from scratch in collaboration with Retail, PMO, IT, and Digital

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and commercial software used across Retail
• Working experience in Retail Applications, especially Point of Sale Systems. Experience in any of the additional applications listed in the "Areas of Responsibilities" is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Ecosystem is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
• A proactive and tenacious can-do attitude to unblock issues and ensure progress
• Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel (Around 20 %)

Please note that this position is highly specific to the solutions for our Retail Stores and hence any IT experience within the Retail space is highly advantageous.
