What You'll Do

• Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements
• Configuring tailored, value‑driven demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
• Applying your industry knowledge to communicate the business value of our solutions
• Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success
• Delivering value‑based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs
• Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to help prospects envision their processes within Veeva.
• Supporting marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry
• 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and German
• Willingness to travel within the EU (as needed)
• Self‑sufficiency with energy, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of process design and quality operations
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in pre‑sales or another customer‑facing role at a software company
• Experience with SaaS/cloud applications
• Background in consulting or software implementation
• Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages
