Your Responsibilities

• Drive growth: Take ownership for expanding Digital Business in existing European accounts (Telco, RCPG, Manufacturing)
• Consultative selling: Act as a strategic partner to clients and shape their digital value chains
• Manage complex deals: Lead large opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
• Leverage ecosystems: Collaborate with platform providers, product partners, and strategic alliances to accelerate digital transformation
• Foster innovation: Orchestrate solution teams within HCLTech to deliver market-leading approaches in Digital Business and Engineering Services

What you bring

• Proven experience in Sales & PreSales with a strong technical foundation
• Track record of managing large enterprise accounts and driving digital transformation initiatives; Proven success managing $50M+ P&L
• Strong business acumen and ability to conceptualize strategies, develop key accounts, and establish partnerships
• Collaborative mindset – working across geographies and teams to achieve excellent outcomes
• Commercial savvy – high proficiency in understanding revenue, margins, and forecasting
• Passion and drive to achieve client satisfaction and team goals
