Solution Engineer - Europe

Company Overview:
Our client are an global player in the energy storage (ESS/BESS) sector with a strong customer portfolio in Europe. This person will be supporting the regional sales and business development team providing technical expertise pre, and post sale.

Travel Requirement:
Frequent travel to customer offices and sites will be required so candidates MUST HAVE a EU passport or residency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships as well as distribution networks in the ESS/BESS market in Europe.
• Work closely with internal team and suppliers for the commissioning on the projects when required.
• Provide technical in support of the sales teams to their customers/distributors.
• Deliver technical trainings as needed and key up to date with industry practises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in equivalent Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical sales position supporting customers in a client facing capacity.
• Experience in the ESS/BESS market in Europe is a must.
• Willingness to travel approx 25-30%
• Strong technical experience in energy storage systems and related technologies.
