Your Mission

The Solutions Engineer owns the full technical journey of our customers — from presales to ongoing operations. You’re the primary technical point of contact, bridging voize and customer IT.

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations.
• Validate infrastructure, configure secure set‑ups, and troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces.
• Scale deployments: support growing user bases and infrastructure changes.
• Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration.
• Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, docs, or processes.

Required Skills

• Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, APIs).
• Solid experience with virtualisation, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices.
• Clear communicator with empathy for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs.
• Experience with start‑ups is a plus.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1). Language courses provided if needed.
