Solutions Engineer Nordics

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer in Germany to join our sales team for the Nordics market . In this role, you'll partner with our Account Executives, collaborate with Product, and work cross-functionally with Engineering & Customer Success to drive Sales cycles with existing & future customers.

What you’ll be doing

• You work with our prospective customers to find the best setup for their internal communications needs.
• You build engaging demo environments and show them to prospective customers to get them excited.
• You will manage different integration methods into the Staffbase platform and explain them to our prospective customers.
• You run technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform in collaboration with other Solutions Engineers and our Account Executives.
• Act as a strategic partner to our Account Executives and a trusted advisor to our prospective customers.

What you need to be successful

• Multiple years of experience in a similar role (SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering/solutions consulting).
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Strong interest (and ideally experience) in the Digital workplace, Communication and/or Employee Experience verticals.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) with a focus on simplifying complex narratives through the art of storytelling.
• Strong understanding of web development methodologies, plus hands-on experience with REST APIs, User Authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC) as well as a high-level understanding of SDKs.
• You enjoy communicating and working with customers directly.
• You bring the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical people.
