The Solutions Marketing Specialist develops solution concepts and value propositions for target markets and customer segments, translating innovations from the Power Electronics Innovation Lab into clearly defined products and services. The role connects market, customer and competitor insights with product and portfolio decisions, driving go-to-market readiness by providing sales and partners with the necessary content, tools and collateral. In an emerging ecosystem where standards, use cases and buying centres are still evolving, it shapes solution concepts and value propositions and translates these into clear offerings and go-to-market approaches.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse markets, applications and customer use cases in e-mobility and related fields, and develop solution-level requirements and positioning strategies for Alpitronic's products
- Define solution concepts (including hardware, software, services and ecosystem partners) and their respective value propositions, differentiating them from competitors' offerings and alternative approaches
- Segment customers and use cases, define priority segments and develop solution playbooks and messaging tailored to each segment and buying centre
- Develop core solution narratives, messaging frameworks and key arguments that can be used consistently by sales, product and communications teams
- Specify and create solution marketing assets, such as solution briefs, application notes, presentations, battle cards, reference stories and web content, in collaboration with central marketing and engineering teams
- Support sales and key account teams by providing them with tailored content for customer meetings, events and tenders. Plan and support solution-focused campaigns, events and a presence at conferences and trade fairs, working alongside the marketing, sales and partnership teams
- Coordinate closely with the Power Electronics Innovation Lab, product management, business development and partnership management to ensure coherence between the roadmap, solutions and market messages
- Maintain a structured view of solution-level KPIs (e.g. adoption in key segments, attachment rates, and contribution to the sales pipeline) and report insights and recommendations to management
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field is required. A combined technical and business background is preferred
- Several years' experience in solutions, product or technical marketing, or application engineering/business development in an industrial or high-tech environment, ideally in power electronics, e-mobility or semiconductors
- Strong understanding of technology-driven innovation, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear solution stories, business value and customer benefits
- Proven ability to work at the interface of product, engineering, sales and partners, including the creation of high-quality, customer-facing collateral
- Demonstrates a high level of ownership, reliability and professionalism when representing Alpitronic's solutions internally and externally
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messages for technical experts and senior decision-makers
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and strong networking skills across functions and with ecosystem partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German and/or Italian as a plus
