Covering over 1,000 square meters, we offer our international passengers a variety of changing culinary highlights and first-class service in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for someone to start in mid-February 2026 for a new project.

Job Description

• Organizing the daily schedule and standing in for the kitchen manager in their absence
• Independently preparing and cooking all hot and cold dishes
• Supervising the buffets and assisting with front cooking
• Complying with HACCP quality and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
• Highest standards of quality and responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
• High level of personal commitment, hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
• Knowledge of German and English
