About the Role

Our team is looking for dedicated Spacecraft Controllers to join our satellite operations unit. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring and control of satellite systems, ensuring mission success through precise execution of operational and emergency procedures within a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor satellite operations within a 24/7 shift-based control room
• Apply flight dynamics to manage satellite constellations and execute de-orbiting procedures
• Support and monitor IT infrastructure critical to satellite operations
• React to ground or space segment anomalies using documented emergency procedures
• Coordinate and execute daily scheduled and unscheduled satellite operations
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of mission planning schedules

Required Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace engineering, telecommunications, computer science, physics, or a related technical field
• Operational experience with real-time systems
• Knowledge of satellite control tools (e.g., SCOS, EGS-CC, CCS5) is advantageous
• Basic scripting or programming skills
• Familiarity with flight dynamics, RF technologies, or ground segment systems is a plus
• High level of composure and precision in high-pressure operational environments
• Fluent in English; German is considered an asset
