Support and drive spare parts sales activities to achieve defined targets
Monitor and follow up on spare parts payment collections
Assist in developing and implementing business policies for spare parts sales
Coordinate with manufacturers to secure pricing, delivery, and supply resources for ESS
Identify system issues and collaborate on digitalization improvements
Increase inventory fulfillment rates and enhance delivery timeliness
Promote spare parts pre-positioning for dealers
Contribute to process optimization and departmental system regulations
Maintain and update core spare parts data
Improve price accuracy and consistency in the CRM system
Ensure timeliness and efficiency of domestic shipments
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience in spare parts sales and solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in digitalization of sales or warehouse processes
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
Experience coordinating with international suppliers
