Spare Part Sales Team Leader

Your mission

• Support and drive spare parts sales activities to achieve defined targets

• Monitor and follow up on spare parts payment collections

• Assist in developing and implementing business policies for spare parts sales

• Coordinate with manufacturers to secure pricing, delivery, and supply resources for ESS

• Identify system issues and collaborate on digitalization improvements

• Increase inventory fulfillment rates and enhance delivery timeliness

• Promote spare parts pre-positioning for dealers

• Contribute to process optimization and departmental system regulations

• Maintain and update core spare parts data

• Improve price accuracy and consistency in the CRM system

• Ensure timeliness and efficiency of domestic shipments

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Experience in spare parts sales and solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience in digitalization of sales or warehouse processes

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems

• Experience coordinating with international suppliers
