Specialist Branded Services (DeviceSetup, Protection & Support Services)

Responsibilities

  • Continuous enhancement of Branded Services; alignment with business goals and strategy
  • Transparent updates, status reporting, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Transformation of customer insights into product improvements; enhancement of reporting with digital tools
  • Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); creation, formatting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards; use of pivot tables, formulas, and interactive visualizations
  • Analysis and interpretation of structured business data; use of basic/intermediate SQL; trend identification; data quality assurance; support of effective decision-making
  • Collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders; data integration; definition of reporting requirements; clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Definition, rollout, and integration of service products across multiple markets
  • Coordination with internal teams and external providers; successful service delivery
  • Involvement in international and cross-functional projects; collaboration with stakeholders at all levels

Your Profile

  • University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
  • First relevant experience in managing projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
  • Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics
  • Experience in international and cross functional projects is a plus
  • BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and business expertise
  • Commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
  • Decision making, results-oriented
  • Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
  • Perseverance and performance oriented
  • Teamwork
