Your Tasks

Continuous enhancement of Branded Services; alignment with business goals and strategy
Transparent updates, status reporting, and actionable insights for leadership
Transformation of customer insights into product improvements; enhancement of reporting with digital tools
Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau, ; creation, formatting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards; use of pivot tables, formulas, and interactive visualizations
Analysis and interpretation of structured business data; use of basic/intermediate SQL; trend identification; data quality assurance; support of effective decision-making
Collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders; data integration; definition of reporting requirements; clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical colleagues
Definition, rollout, and integration of service products across multiple markets
Coordination with internal teams and external providers; successful service delivery
Involvement in international and cross-functional projects; collaboration with stakeholders at all levels

Your Profile

University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
First relevant experience in managing projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics
Experience in international and cross functional projects is a plus
BI tool experience (., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and business expertise
Commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
Project mangement skills
Decision making, results-oriented
Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
Perseverance and performance oriented
