Specialist Buying Operations DTC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Take over responsibility and ownership for the deliveries of goods within the European Birkenstock Retail fleet, focusing on our Outlet Stores
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like Logistics, Operations and Order Execution
• Ensure that the flow of goods is always guaranteed, by closely tracking and scanning the orderbook development
• Upload and track orders in the SAP system landscape
• Measure and analyze the outbound performance as well as in-store capacity
• Active product prioritization within delivery slots based on performance KPI’s and launch moments

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Buying or similar position based on data-driven decision making
• Strong advocate of effective communication with a high affinity for numbers and hands-on-mentality
• Team player with an agile mindset and quick comprehension skills
• Structured and confident way of working
• High proficiency with Excel; SAP-knowledge is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
