Specialist CMC Project Management (fixed-term contract)

As part of the CMC Project Management team at BioNTech, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Technical Development Leadership team, the CMC PM team leads and the project managers in their daily project-related work.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Administrative Support: Organizing and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, supporting the planning of project and team workshops, arranging travel, and handling travel expense reporting
  • Document Preparation: Preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel charts, and Word documents for team and project meetings as well as for internal use
  • Documentation Management: Proactively supporting the team with project documentation and ensuring a structured approach to overarching team document organization
  • Project Support: Assisting with the coordination and tracking of project-related tasks and milestones

What you have to offer:

  • Education: University degree (Bachelor) or comparable business education
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in administration, ideally in supporting teams or team leads
  • Organizational Skills: Independent and structured way of working with strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Team Skills: Excellent communication skills, motivation, and flexibility to respond to current needs in a solution-oriented manner
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with MS Office applications and other communication and time management tools
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
