What you can expect

• Assist in establishing, operating, and developing the data privacy management system of the DKV Group, including tasks such as maintaining records of processing activities, privacy policies, and data protection agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data privacy measures and compliance requirements.
• Develop audit concepts and perform audits related to data privacy management.
• Conduct compliance analyses to ensure adherence to data privacy laws and standards.
• Support the creation of group-wide data privacy policies and conduct training and consultations for employees.
• Advise departments on data privacy questions and assist in managing data privacy incidents.
• Contribute to implementing and managing data privacy risk processes.

What makes you stand out

• Completed law degree with initial experience in data privacy or comparable expertise.
• Career starters with ambition are welcome.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, process establishment, and documentation within a data privacy management system.
• Data privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E) is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical and economic contexts, structure complex issues, and implement actions effectively.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and German skills.
