As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting safety and environmental policies and programs for the assigned project.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of safe working processes
• Regularly inspecting and assessing construction sites
• Advising and supporting construction managers, superintendents, and workers on site
• Implementing measures from inspections, audits, and EHS meetings to mitigate safety risk
• Overseeing and adjusting risk assessments as necessary
• Monitoring for unsafe conditions and dangerous behavior
• Assisting the Construction Manager in coordinating evacuation measures during emergencies

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer
• EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors -experience in Data Center projects is preferred
• Teamwork proficiency across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels
• Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree)
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
