Specialist IFRS & External Financial and Non‐Financial (CSRD) Reporting (d/m/f)

Overview

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for selected areas of financial and non-financial reporting (CSRD)
• Monitoring the regulatory environment for financial and sustainability reporting and initiating the necessary internal measures for implementation
• Supporting the further development of data collection processes to meet internal and external reporting requirements related to CSRD
• Contributing to the implementation of the internal control system for non-financial reporting
• Providing technical support for projects and complex transactions, including the development of appropriate accounting concepts
• Supporting internal stakeholder-management activities, e.g., preparing committee materials or conducting trainings
• Preparing evaluations, analyses, and presentations, as well as conducting research and compiling results

Qualifications

• Completed university degree, ideally in business administration with a focus on accounting and auditing, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally at an auditing firm, in external financial reporting in an industrial company, or in a comparable role
• Understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks (IFRS, CSRD Directive, ESRS), as well as strong process and systems affinity
• Structured, diligent, independent, and solution-oriented working style combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, communication strength, and solid stakeholder-management capabilities
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
