Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate Planning and Reporting

Job Responsibilities

You will support the operation and continuous optimization of standard planning and reporting solutions used in local and international operating units, including:

1. Maintenance of master data for financial and additional reporting
2. Administration of user access rights
3. General end user support
4. Communication of downtimes during system upgrades
5. Ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines to maintain data integrity and consistency, including:
6. Checking the plausibility of content, process steps, and responsibilities for requests
7. Receiving, coordinating, and addressing user requests
8. Verifying requests or change requests for completeness and plausibility
9. Requesting cost estimates from the IT department for changes and new implementations
10. Testing new functions and documenting results during system upgrades or change implementations (user acceptance testing)

Finally, you will conduct training courses and provide manuals for users.

Qualifications

What you bring along:

• Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or dual study certificate in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 1-2 years of work experience in Finance and Controlling, Shared Service Organization, or Information Technology; experience in master data maintenance in a data steward role is an advantage
• Technical skills and affinity in reporting systems & tools, preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO)
• Process-oriented thinking, team-oriented, and structured working style to promote effective collaboration across Business Units and Functions
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
