Specialist, Packaging & Projects (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for defining and further developing process flows with a focus on container management and packaging
• You are responsible for managing and implementing projects to optimize and standardize plant processes in close cooperation with all involved departments (cross‑functional projects)
• You are responsible for coordinating, tracking, and optimizing the operational logistics services provided based on defined KPIs, with a focus on container management
• You are responsible for ensuring optimal container supply and replenishment control for production

Qualifications

• You have a technical study, preferably in logistics or equivalent qualifications
• You have experience with warehouse, logistics processes and SAP processes within the automotive industry
• You have good knowledge of the standard MS Office programs and SAP R/3
• You have experience in project management, ideally in the packing sector
• Ideally, you have leadership experience
• You have good analytical thinking, eager to improve, able to organize and prioritize work / organization, authoritative and contact and communications skills, customer‑oriented behavior
• You communicate confidently in German and English, further languages desirable
