Specialist People Systems Implementation Management

Stellenbeschreibung:

Specialist People Systems Implementation Management

Join the exciting part of our People Services & AI department! People Services & AI supports employees and managers in more than 50 countries from three hubs. The Systems Configuration Team ensures that our global HRIS landscape — across both Workday and ServiceNow — evolves in a structured, scalable, and user‑focused way. This role focuses on expert Workday and ServiceNow configuration and support, release enablement, and functional guidance across our active licenses. It touches any area where configuration, module ownership, requirement clarification, or stakeholder alignment is needed.

Overview

Specialist role focused on Workday and ServiceNow configuration and support with an emphasis on release enablement and cross‑functional guidance across active licenses, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and system design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Functional & Module Ownership: Act as the primary functional counterpart for selected Workday and ServiceNow areas. Run demos on new features, evaluate new license opportunities, and support roadmap discussions. Assess change requests, clarify requirements with stakeholders, and translate them into scalable configuration approaches.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure across active Workday modules and support configuration changes in ServiceNow. Document configuration in a structured, reusable, and compliant way. Ensure consistency across modules, especially where cross‑module or cross‑platform logic is involved.
  • Workday Releases & Feature Adoption: Analyze Workday releases and identify relevant impacts across active modules. Validate new features, prepare test scenarios, and enable stakeholders for upcoming changes. Support decision‑making around adoption, deprecations, and required adjustments.
  • Cross‑Module & Broader System Configurations: Manage configurations that span multiple Workday modules (shared business processes, rules, event‑driven logic). Support structural changes, reorganizations, and broader system updates across Workday and ServiceNow. Translate project requirements into configuration changes across multiple functional areas. Participate in project testing, cutover validation, and readiness activities. Ensure that configuration decisions align with architectural guidelines and system design principles.
  • Stakeholder Management & Enablement: Collaborate closely with Process Owners, People Services teams, HR Tech teams, and other internal/external partners. Prepare stakeholders for testing, release changes, and new features. Contribute to harmonization and standardization across regions and teams.

Qualifications

  • Required: Several years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience in an international environment. Experience with reporting, cross‑module logic, or complex business process configuration in Workday. Experience in digital process design, including translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows. Broad functional understanding across multiple Workday modules. Experience analyzing releases, validating impacts, and supporting feature adoption. Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD module and configuration or willingness to learn. Strong skills in requirement refinement, stakeholder alignment, and solution design. Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style. Confident and clear communicator across stakeholder levels.
  • Preferred: Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with structured testing and project work. SQL knowledge or willingness to learn. Degree in Business Administration, HRIS, Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
