Specialist Quantitative Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Drive risk monitoring and reporting across HDI International AG insurance subsidiaries
• Analyse internal risk model outputs to generate actionable insights for senior management
• Automate reporting workflows using R, SQL, and cloud-based solutions
• Develop and enhance internal risk models using data science techniques
• Contribute to strategic projects such as M&A due diligence, individual risk assessments, and quantitative case studies

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Business, or related field with a quantitative/data science focus
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down complexity
• Experience or strong interest in insurance, risk management, or financial modelling
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn and grow
• Excited to work in a global environment
• Fluent written and spoken English and additionally knowledge of German or another language, especially Polish or Italian, would be an advantage
