Your Mission

As a Risk Analyst, you will provide critical support in data extraction and manipulation, system management, and analytical reporting. This includes working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, preparing statistical insights, and contributing to the creation of impactful presentations for training sessions, meetings, and committees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering tailored data solutions and driving efficiency in how risk-related data is handled and analysed.

What you’ll do

• Extract, cleanse, analyse, and automate risk data from GRC and related platforms to support reporting, escalation, and decision-making.
• Administer and maintain GRC systems, ensure data quality and integrity, troubleshoot basic issues, and optimise data flows with stakeholders.
• Identify risk trends and insights; develop dashboards, visualisations, and management reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, and MIRO.
• Prepare data-driven materials, support risk management trainings, document insights and actions, and partner cross-functionally to meet analytical needs.
• Document workflows, enhance data and reporting processes, provide ad hoc analysis, and stay current on analytics and risk management tools.

Who you are

• Educational Background: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel. Familiarity with GRC systems and basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities: You excel at problem-solving and pay close attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: You’re confident in presenting data insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Organisational Skills: You can manage multiple projects effectively and prioritise competing deadlines.
