About the Role

Drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators within your assigned region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing orders, preparing and negotiating annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts. As the primary contact for customers, you will maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and achieve KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, price, and forecasts with customers.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components.
  • Ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
