• Prepare & coordinate strategic initiatives
• Conduct analysis, planning & research
• Collaborate across Finance, Product, Sales, People & Operations
• Create leadership communication & decision frameworks
• Improve leadership tooling & processes

Your profile

• Experience in Strategy, Executive Support, PMO or similar
• Maturity, structure & strong communication skills
• Ownership mindset & reliability
• Excellent English; German a plus
