Responsibilities

• Structured handling and clarification of open receivables
• Phone and written receivables management
• Agreement of installment payment agreements
• Monitoring of deadlines in close coordination with the finance department
• Preparation of pre‑court and court payment procedures and enforcement measures in close collaboration with the internal legal department

Qualifications

• Relevant education: Rechtsfachwirt/in, Rechtsplfeger/in, Bachelor Law & Economics or Bachelor Rechtswissenschaft with emphasis on Civil Law
• At least 3 years of experience in receivables management / Mahnwesen
• Strong structured work style, communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, and persistent friendliness
