Our goal is to help every recent graduate worldwide find a job that aligns with their ambitions: join us to make the aspirations of a community of over 1,500,000 users come true!


We are constantly looking for students, graduates and junior profiles with a degree who aspire to join our team: apply for this position and you will be contacted by our HR as soon as we open a position in this area and your CV matches the profile sought.


For all positions, we offer either:

  • 6-month paid internship contract (€1,500 per month + meal vouchers, with the prospect of a permanent role)
  • Junior contract (starting salary package: €25,500–€35,500), depending on the team and the candidate’s experience.

You will have the chance to grow every day through on-the-job training, work either from one of our offices or, if you prefer, fully remote, and enjoy unlimited vacation. You’ll also receive a state-of-the-art MacBook.


We are looking for people with a degree and up to 3 years of experience.


Joinrs Teams

Marketing

The Marketing team leads all of Joinrs’ strategic communication activities, with the goal of boosting brand awareness and acquiring new users and clients, both in B2C (students, graduates, junior profiles) and B2B (companies and partners). Roles include Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Partnership Manager, Content Creator, Designer, Video Maker, Acquisition Specialist, PR Specialist.


Tech & Development

The Tech team is the technological heart of Joinrs: it designs, develops, and optimizes all our digital platforms and technologies. Roles include Front-end, Back-end and Full-Stack Developers, AI Developers, Data Analysts, App Developers, Cybersecurity Specialists.


Business Development & Sales

This team drives Joinrs’ commercial growth, building relationships with partner companies and promoting tailored employer branding and recruiting solutions.


Customer Success & Account Management

Ensures every Joinrs client gets maximum value from our services, overseeing onboarding, job ad management, performance monitoring, and new opportunities.


Design

Shapes Joinrs’ visual identity: social media communication, platform UI/UX, events, masterclasses, and corporate presentations.


Human Resources

Handles both external talent acquisition (sourcing, interviews, hiring) and internal growth (contracts, onboarding, training, company culture).


Finance, Investors & Accounting

Takes care of budgeting, management control, reporting, investor relations, and compliance to ensure financial stability and growth.

Contract & Compensation

6-month internship contract (€1,000 per month + meal vouchers, with prospect of a permanent role)
Junior contract: €25,500–€35,500 salary package


Selection Process

CV Screening – usually within 20 days.
Phone Interview – 15 minutes with our HR Manager.
Video Interview – 45 minutes with HR Manager and your future supervisor.
