For all positions, we offer either a 6-month paid internship contract (€1,500 per month & meal vouchers with the prospect of a permanent role) or an junior contract (starting salary package: €25,500–€35,500), depending on the team and the candidate’s experience. We are looking for people with a degree and no experience or with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
The Marketing team leads all of Joinrs’ strategic communication activities, with the goal of boosting brand awareness and acquiring new users and clients, both in B2C (students, graduates, junior profiles) and B2B (companies and partners). It manages digital campaigns, social media, editorial content, PR, and community engagement. Team roles include Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Partnership Manager, Content Creator, Designer, Video Maker, Acquisition Specialist, and PR Special ist.
The Tech team is the technological heart of Joinrs: it designs, develops, and optimizes all our digital platforms and technologies. It works daily on scalable, user-friendly, AI-driven systems. Team members include Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Full-Stack Developers, AI Developers, Data Analysts, App Developers, and Cybersecurity Specialists. The goal is to ensure performance, continuous innovation, and maximum data security.
This team drives Joinrs’ commercial growth, building relationships with partner companies and promoting tailored employer branding and recruiting solutions. It manages the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and discovery calls, to demos, proposals, and post-sales support. It’s a strategic team for business expansion and client retention, both in Italy and abroad.
This team ensures every Joinrs client gets maximum value from our services. It oversees onboarding, continuous support, job ad management, performance monitoring, and the identification of new collaboration opportunities. It works closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to guarantee a smooth and personalized experience.
The Design team shapes Joinrs’ visual identity. It manages all creative and graphic aspects of the brand: from social media communication to platform UI/UX, from event and masterclass materials to corporate presentations. The goal is to build a coherent, innovative, and recognizable image that truly resonates with Gen Z.
The HR team manages Joinrs’ internal and external talent growth. On one side, it handles sourcing and selection, posting job ads, interviews, and hiring. On the other, it supports internal team life: contracts, onboarding, training, team building initiatives, and company culture. The aim is to foster a stimulating and inclusive work environment.
This team manages Joinrs’ financial health. It takes care of budgeting, management control, financial reporting, investor relations, administrative compliance, and accounting. It’s a key area to support growth, plan investments, and ensure long-term stability.

CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
