Sprinklr Integration and Implementation Engineers (m/f/d)

Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH offers a role for Sprinklr Integration and Implementation Engineers (m/f/d) as part of the Telekom IT team, focused on delivering a cloud-based voice and interaction platform for contact centers across Germany and Europe.

One Contact Center (OneCC) leads the future voice and interaction platform, unifying all communication channels with Sprinklr. The global OneCC is in a ramp‑up phase, offering a unique opportunity for growth in a major enterprise environment.

We are looking for specialists with at least 3 years of experience in Sprinklr.

Your Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering: Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions aligned with DT business requirements and best practices.
End‑to‑End Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle—from business analysis and functional specs to testing and deployment.
Technical Integration: Manage REST API connections, webhooks, and authentication across Sprinklr modules (Groovy/JS).
Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between IT, Business, and Operations, ensuring high product adoption and training "Client Champions".

Your Profile

Sprinklr Expertise: Experience in configuration and implementation.
Dev & Integration: Proficient in Groovy/JavaScript and RESTful API architecture.
Voice/Telephony: Experience with SIP, VoIP, IVR, and SBCs.
Soft Skills: Builder mindset, analytical thinking, agile collaboration, fluency in English (German is a plus).
Innovation: Knowledge of Conversational AI or the Telecom industry is a bonus.

This position is also available on a part‑time basis.
