Sr. Analyst, Global Trade & Customs Capability (SAP GTS) (m,f,d)

We're seeking an experienced subject matter expert in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). This role will proactively and strategically partner with Logistics (import & export operation team), Trade Compliance, Customs, and cross-functionally to advise and problem solve.

What You Will Do

• Support and further development of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) in the area of customs and foreign trade
• Ensuring and supporting operational customs processes from functional operations perspective
• Analysis and implementation of customs requirements in the SAP system
• Customizing and error analysis in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS)
• Support with system tests, rollouts, and user training
• Close cooperation with the Customs Operations, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and IT departments
• The main point of contact for external service providers and authorities in connection with customs systems

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience working in a global company with robust understanding of different divisions, corporate structures
• 5+ years of experience working in SAP ERP or S/4HANA system is a prerequisite
• Comprehensive and practical knowledge of customs procedures and regulations (e.g., import, export, AEO procedures, customs warehouse)
• Experience working with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS), especially customs import, export and bonded business
• Knowledge of EDI / master data management is an advantage
• Business fluent German and English skills
